Commissioned portraits

It is possible to create a commissioned portrait as a beautiful gift or a fond memory. Hettie wants in addition to the similarity also capture the look of someone; therefore she likes to work from photos. Depending on your wishes the portrait will be painted as a loose, sketchy or detailed

Method

In a first interview with you Hettie will examine what exactly is the intention. This is followed by a photo session to create several photos. Together with you, a choice is made from those photos.

At a surprise portrait this is different of course. Together with you we will plan how such a portrait can be created, without the person know what happens. At a posthumous portrait she will be worked from existing photos.

Price

The size of the canvas and what you want to have painted will determine the price.
